Kefalonian Open Booking is an independent communication platform that connects accommodation owners and hotels with visitors seeking accommodation in Kefalonia. The platform is not a booking system and does not act as an intermediary. Use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Role of the Platform

Kefalonian Open Booking:

• does not manage bookings
• does not intervene in payments or transactions
• does not guarantee availability or reservations
• does not represent owners or visitors

All communication takes place directly between the owner and the visitor.

3. Owners’ Obligations

Owners:

• are fully responsible for the accuracy of their information
• manage bookings, prices, and terms themselves
• comply with applicable legislation
• are responsible for the services they provide

4. Visitors’ Obligations

Visitors:

• communicate directly with owners
• are responsible for any agreements they enter into

5. Participation Fees

Owner participation is subject to a one-time registration fee:

• €180 / 6 months
• €250 / year

There is no commission or percentage per booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kefalonian Open Booking bears no responsibility for financial losses, cancellations, disputes, service quality, or third-party claims.

7. Personal Data Protection

The platform collects only the strictly necessary contact details. Users may request correction or deletion of their data.

8. Amendments to the Terms

The platform reserves the right to amend these terms, with notice provided via the website.
